There is a small corner of the museum dedicated to Corfiot folk music and an opprtunity to listen to some traditional songs.
These include songs from the village of Kato Garounas sung by women in polyphonic style which consists of two or more independent melodic voices, and Corfiot secular vocal music which was introduced to Corfu by immigrants from Crete in the 17th century and influenced by both the East and West.
The third set of recordings are by the Women's Folk Choir of Pelekas and feature local songs.
